Enumerator Rayane Barbosa Silva, 24 years old, works in Tobias Barreto, almost 130 kilometers away from the capital, in Aracaju.

Up to the moment, she has administered more than 1.800 questionnaires, in a municipality with an estimated population of a little more than 50 thousand residents.

"When the IBGE recruitment examination was announced, I considered it as an interesting opportunity that would enrich my resumé, as I am graduated in Languages. The work itself is not hard, in some cases the difficulty lies in the resistance and poor welcome of some residents", she explains.

Ms. Silva also highlights that "the IBGE added a lot to my experience because I've learned to better deal with different audiences".
