The UE-RS carried out last Friday (4) a meeting with the Inter-Municipal Union of Enterprises of Acquisition, Sale, Rental and Administration of Real Estate and of Residential and Commercial Condominiums in Rio Grande do Sul (Secovi-RS). The online meeting aimed at raising awareness of the sector about the importance of the 2022 Census.

Among the clarifications concerning the operation, the Census operational coordinator in RS, Luís Eduardo Puchalski, showed the Answering the IBGE tool, which helps to identify enumerators. “It brings more security. The real estate companies can disseminate it,” stated Carolina Cioccari, manager of Secovi-RS.

In addition to the Census, Puchalski also requested support to PNAD. “We need that the condominiums inform us which households have residents and which ones are empty,” said him. “We do not need any information about the residents,” clarified him, since a big concern of real estate companies and condominium administrators is not to pass any information on about their clients.

In addition to Puchalski, Carolina Rekowsky Lopes, an IBGE servant, participated in the meeting. In addition to Carolina Cioccari, legal advisors Tiago Strassburger and Sandra Bandeira, marketing coordinator Angélica Garcia and administrative coordinator Andreia Martins participated on behalf of Secovi-RS.
